Top Pop refers to the highest grade (graded) coin in existence at the time in the antique and modern coin grading market. This stands for 'Top Population'and is based on appraisal data issued by the appraisal body (NGC or PCGS).

If there is an enquiry for direct consignment sales, the commission is 221 TP3T, plus a strict screening process.
